About Me

I specialise in working with busy professional women who need help to cope with stress in their lives.

I’m Lynsey and my life used to revolve around corporate deadlines, finding time for family and exercise and working out how to eat healthy food that didn’t take forever to prepare. I became interested in the effects food had on the body after leaving New Zealand and backpacking around Europe. Too many cheap hostel meals and chips and a lot of beer had me longing for a kitchen to cook healthy meals for myself. I moved to Luxembourg and got my kitchen, but I also entered the high stress world of financial services and soon found that the long hours meant little to no time to look after myself. Adding a family to that didn’t help and I found that I was tired and stressed and putting on weight that wouldn’t budge no matter how many spinning classes I did. I decided to study nutritional therapy to educate myself on how to eat well and soon found that it was something I was passionate about. I learned self hypnosis for the birth of my first child and had an idea to use both hypnotherapy alongside my nutrition training to really help my clients achieve their goals. I added Bach flowers to this after using them myself with great success for emotional issues.

More recently I have trained in the relatively new Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT®). This amazing new approach is fast and effective, often needing only 1 or 2 sessions to tackle seemingly complex issues. My health coaching approach uses all of my tools to create a unique solution tailored to your specific needs and goals.

I gained my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from Premier Training International in 2010 and studied with Joy Gower Training for my Certificate in Hypnotherapy in 2012 and NLP Practitioner Certificate in 2017.

I did a Certificate in Bach Flowers with Gateway Workshops in 2015. In 2017 I became a BWRT practitioner with The Institute of Brain Working Recursive Therapy.

I am affiliated with Zest 4 Life and have trained with the Institute for Functional Medicine (Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice, 2016 and Functional Nutrition: Head to Toe Workshop, 2014). I am a member of BANT, the CNHC and The British BrainWorking Research Society Ltd.
